Think Up Digital was established with the recognition that Erasmus
courses often lack digital topics, crucial for every profession,
particularly in the education sector. Our association is dedicated
to advocating for initiatives that enhance digital literacy and
promote the significance of quality computer skills. Furthermore,
we are dedicated to any kind of project, with a focus on equality,
wellbeing, saving our planet, inclusion, with participants from
pre-school to senior age.
We prioritize initiatives aimed at improving digital skills,
ranging from basic to advanced competencies in IT skills, coding,
web design, online learning, and related areas, which have become
increasingly essential, especially in the wake of the pandemic.
The necessity for these skills has been underscored by the fact
that individuals who could work online continued to thrive, while
others faced challenges or lost their jobs.
With a foundation in STEM projects and a commitment to addressing
issues such as climate change, the green agenda, youth engagement,
and the promotion of European values, Think Up Digital is poised
to make a meaningful impact. Despite being formally established in
2022, our team boasts extensive experience spanning 12 years in
Erasmus projects and 20 years in international collaborations,
also outside Europe.
PIF - Think Up Digital
he idea of the founder came out naturally after the successful accomplishment of several international projects in USA and Europe, working as a teacher in a public high school. The founder Sofija Tosheva was mentioned over 100 times in scientific articles for her contribution with her master these: “Adaptive E-learning System in Education”, especially after pandemics. She started working on the topic in 2010, resulting in students achieving more results when they have online tools for adaptive learning styles. Further she worked with university professors and a few articles were produced and published at International Conferences for innovative blended learning.
We pride ourselves on our focus on content and professionalism, striving to ensure that our participants glean as much knowledge as possible from our programs. We all share passion for modern technologies and wish to make this World better place for us and future generations. Our team has young professionals, mostly software engineers and designers, with a lot of experience in innovative technologies, who can transform our ideas into reality. Also, we have a team of teaching professionals with a lot of experience in education, who can transfer the knowledge to our participants.

“Thanks for everything! We would recommend this course to other teachers-”
“Thank you very much for hosting us. Very valuable knowledge and skills are improved, and most importantly the ideas we shared about the Moodle, life in school, pedagogical approaches, and culture differences. Thank you for your effort, time and valuable ideas. Great management and effort to follow to agenda. Thank you for asking about our educational needs.”
“Thank you very much Sofia. You and your team are great ❤.”
“You did an excellent job with this student’s mobility. Great organization, thank you for everything”
“Students had so much fun, they wanted to stay in Strumica. Your town is very beautifull, it is interesting how you have everything at a walking distance”
“We’ve learned a lot from this course. A lot of practical work, not only theory ”
We are located in Strumica, N Macedonia, but we can also organize
mobilities in Skopje, the capital. We have experience in
implementation of Erasmus projects, organizing mobilities starting
from 3 to 35 participants. Opposite of other associations, we do
not offer European big cities, because these are places that you
can eventually visit sometime. But this is your chance to meet
very hospitable people and taste affordable high-quality local
food and wine.
Furthermore, we aim to highlight the beauty and culture of North
Macedonia, particularly the charming sunny town of Strumica,
enticing visitors with our traditional Balkan hospitality.
