🌍 FutureSkill+ – Empowering Education Through AI

We are happy to announce our new project:

FutureSkill+ is an Erasmus+ Cooperation Partnership (2025-1-NO01-KA220-SCH-000365489) bringing together schools and organizations from Norway, Greece, Spain, Estonia, and North Macedonia to reimagine how Artificial Intelligence (AI) can transform learning and teaching.

The project aims to strengthen digital competence, ethical awareness, and STEAM innovation in European education — preparing students and teachers for the future of work and learning.

🎯 Project Objectives

  • Enhance Teacher Competence in AI and Digital Tools
Train and support teachers integrating AI and digital technologies into classroom practice.
  • Promote Engagement and Excellence in STEAM
Use AI-based teaching methods to boost creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving, especially among girls in STEM fields.
  • Develop Ethical Awareness in AI Usage
Provide educators and students with scenarios and tools to reflect on ethical and responsible AI use.
  • Create Scalable and Open Educational Resources
Develop curriculum frameworks, AI lesson plans, and a toolkit adaptable across European schools.
  • Support Long-Term Digital Transformation
Build sustainable, innovative models for AI-driven education that can continue beyond the project's lifetime.

🚀 Key Results

  • IO1 – AI-Integrated Curriculum Framework:
Practical teaching modules that help educators integrate AI into STEAM subjects.
  • IO2 – Ethical AI Scenarios Repository:
Real-life classroom activities exploring the ethical side of AI.
  • IO3 – AI-Powered Teaching & Learning Toolkit:
Interactive resources, lesson templates, and classroom tools designed for hands-on learning.
  • WP4 – InspAIre Hub (AI-Supported Web Platform):
Developed by Think Up Digital (North Macedonia), this AI-powered web application will offer personalized tools for students and teachers, adapting content to their interests and learning styles while fostering collaboration and creativity.

CodeCraft – Creating Innovators for the AI Future

We are excited to announce the official start of our new Erasmus+ project CodeCraft (KA210-SCH-011AA271), a forward-thinking initiative aimed at empowering high school students and teachers through coding, artificial intelligence (AI), and innovation in education.

🌍 Project Partners:

  • Tallinna Kesklinna Vene GĂĽmnaasium, Tallinn, Estonia (Applicant)
  • İrfan Ataseven Anadolu Lisesi, Karaman, TĂĽrkiye
  • I.I.S. A. VOLTA, Pescara, Italy
  • Think Up Digital, Strumica, North Macedonia

🔍 Project Objectives:

  • O1: Foster a passion for programming among students and equip them with essential Python skills.
  • O2: Promote collaboration, creativity, and problem-solving through hands-on coding projects.
  • O3: Raise the number of girls in technology and guide them toward AI-driven future careers.
  • O4: Increase teachers' understanding and integration of AI in the learning process.

🎯 Expected Results:

  • Improved coding skills and problem-solving abilities in students.
  • Greater engagement and interest of girls in STEM fields.
  • Teachers trained to implement AI tools in education.
  • Launch of the CodeCraft Hub, a digital platform for collaboration, learning, and sharing project outcomes.

🚀 First Activity:

The CodeCraft project continues to inspire students and teachers across Europe through innovation, creativity, and collaboration in coding and artificial intelligence. The project began with Activity 1: CodeCraft Kick-Off, an online training program where more than 60 students and 10 teachers from Estonia, Italy, Turkey, and North Macedonia participated in a five-week Python training course led by expert AI trainers from Think Up Digital. Participants learned the fundamentals of Python programming and presented their own creative coding projects at the final session. Building on this foundation, the second phase took place in Pescara, Italy, where students attended hands-on workshops focused on applying Python to real-life robotics challenges. Using the host school’s robots, they programmed and tested their code, deepening their understanding of automation and problem-solving. Special attention was given to encouraging girls’ participation in STEM and robotics, promoting gender equality in technology fields. During this mobility, the project team also presented the first version of the CodeCraft Hub—an interactive web platform designed to share project materials, resources, and collaborative tools for students and teachers. The achievements of both activities mark strong progress toward the project’s objectives: fostering coding skills, empowering teachers to integrate AI tools, and inspiring the next generation of innovators for the AI-driven future.
